Metis Square dancing for Adults
Age: 40+yrs Have you ever done ‘The Butterfly Dance’ at a country wedding? Geared towards the 40+ crowd, this low impact class will introduce you to traditional Metis dance. Come with a partner, or come solo, to experience what social networking was before Facebook or Twitter. This class will teach traditional dances including ‘Reel of 8′, ‘Drops of Brandy’ and ‘The Duck Dance’, all done with a low impact basic jig step. No experience required – If you can walk, you can jig!
